Payment Policy – Terms & Conditions

It is our policy to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. Please feel free to discuss any changes or additions to your wedding arrangements at any time.

Reservations will not be confirmed until receipt of your order form and a $250 non-refundable deposit via credit card, Paypal, or a personal or cashier’s check made payable to DDW, LLC. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Upon receipt of your deposit and order form, we will email you a price estimate based on the items you have selected including state tax.

Other deposits may be required to secure locations, rentals, caterers and/or other vendors. You will be notified of these requirements should they apply.

Blue Ocean Weddings charges a 20% coordination fee for coordinating all receptions or private site events. Any changes and additions will be subject to this fee. All wedding packages already include this fee. All sales are subject to current State of Hawaii sales tax.

Final payment is due no later than 31 days prior to the scheduled wedding date. We will accept any additions to your order after this 31-day period, provided we are able to secure the services requested. If final payment is not received within 31 days of your wedding date, the client hereby authorizes Blue Ocean Weddings to charge the remaining balance on the credit card securing this reservation.

Cancelations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable. The client understands that beach weddings are outdoor events and are subject to possible inclement weather conditions. Blue Ocean Weddings does arrange for an additional beach site as a backup location for inclement weather, but Blue Ocean Weddings cannot provide an indoor alternate location without charging an additional fee. Should the client decide to postpone the wedding due to inclement weather, Blue Ocean Weddings cannot guarantee vendor availability and that additional vendor fees may apply for the rescheduled ceremony.

By signing below, you have read and agreed to this Contract, both Bride and Groom accept the above terms and conditions. Any changes to these conditions shall be in writing and agreed to by both parties no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event. Signatures below shall also serve as permission for all credit card orders and be considered authorization for use of credit card with Blue Ocean Weddings.
